Clothing Returns
At BD CLOTHING LLC, we strive to make your shopping experience straightforward and convenient. If you are not satisfied with an eligible clothing item, please contact us before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
Return requests should be submitted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify, returned merchandise should:
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Remain in its original condition.
- Have original tags attached when applicable.
- Be free of stains, odors, alterations, or other signs of wear.
Items Not Eligible
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Personalized or specially prepared merchandise.
- Final-sale items.
- Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered.
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper care.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned merchandise, it will be reviewed for eligibility.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
